Sourish malty body. Fresh, hints of raspberry in the body, that becomes more intense and round in the end. Sourish fresh, malty-sour, raspberry dark. Hints of sourish fruity roast in the aftertaste. Nice.

500ml bottle at home from trade with Erzengel, many thanks. Shared with kerenmk. Bottle without any label with a handwritten note saying the beer name. brownish color, small off-white head. smells of malty roast, lightly sour, light funk, herbal, smells a bit dusty. medium body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes lightly sour, some caramel, very light roast note, lightly fruity, raspberry, citric, lightly acidic, hints of salt, light wood note. finishes with fruity and sour / acidic notes. quite nice, lovely fruity notes, I also quite like the combination of the sourish notes with the malt backbone. good stuff.

Una porter amarga de frambuesa. Rara? Pues sĂ, juro que lo es. Bastante oscura tirando a morada. Aroma a chocolate y frambuesa. Sabor donde aparece clara la frambuesa, con notas detrás de chocolate y cafĂ©. Y sensible toque avinagrado, bien presente pero no excesivo que termina de hacer el especĂmen raro. No es de mi agrado. Y además resulta un tanto cansino

500ml bottle [brewed at Vormann]. Murky darkest brown colour with late awakening, small, frothy to creamy, rapidly diminishing, beige head. Slightly ephemeral, full-blown raspberry aroma, sweet-ish, tart-ish, and spicy, chocolately background, a touch of liquorice and leather. Taste is slightly tart, dry, restrained raspberry notes without hints of remaining sweetness nor herbal touch, just fruit acid; some sweetness seems to be delivered by the chocolately malty basis. Slightly unconnected, heterogeneous.

Bottle from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours very dark and ruddy (held against very strong light) with a few bubbles. Aroma is raspberry over some sour chocolate brownie. Med body. Flavor is raspberry and sour chocolate brownie isn’t quite right, but it’s something like that. Not all that sour, but sour it is. Different and interesting.

Bottle - Light raspberry and prune with some tart notes. Deep purple brown with a small frothy beige head. Tart, prune, light berry notes and a very watery tongue. Very easy drinking, but not all that interesting.

Bottle bought @ bierkompass.de. Pours murky reddish brown with a small brownish beige head that quickly dissipates without leaving much trace on the glass. Smell I malty and fruity with toasted malts, dark bread, raspberries, hay, dry soil, raspberry balsamic and lemon zest. Taste is slightly sour, malty and fruity with roasted cereal, dark bread, lemon juice, raspberries, hay, dry soil and lemon zest. Mouthfeel is soft, flat, round, slightly dry, tiny tart and medium bodied. Finish is slightly sour with toasted cereal, dark bread, lemon juice, raspberries, hay, minerals and lemon zest. Bit simple but works...
