The cherry version of this is better. Not sure what the Porter element is here. Big raspberry smell but follow through doesn’t mesh super well. Ruby pour. Bitter sour finish. Tap at Churchkey.

Huge thanks to Erzengel for that one! Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass dark brown, small head. Malty-fruity aroma. Starts malty, intense fruity like berries, also some intense sourish notes. Salty-dry background. Finish well balanced, warming-malty. Nice one!

Bottle at beer dudes tasting at Appellation Wines Comely Bank thanks to McNeillR. Appearance - cloudy brown with a thin head. Nose - raspberry with a creamy background. Not much chocolate. Taste - big tangy and creamy raspberry note again. Palate - medium bodied with a tangy texture that keeps going straight through the finish. Overall - very nice even if I can’t pick out the base Porter notes.

Bottle, tasting at Appellation Wines. Hazy brown body with a thin beige head. No lacing. Aroma of filter coffee, underripe plum and caramel. Flavour of raspberry jam and tangy, almost sour berries. Thin body with a spritzy mouthfeel. Light fizz. Not as much chocolate character as I would have liked.

Bottle at MAD tasting, cheers McNeillR! Pours murky brown, no head. Big raspberry aroma, big raspberry taste. Would have liked a bit more porter notes, but a nice beer nonetheless.
