Voici une Super NoAH qui donnait beaucoup de promesses au nez et qui est bien moins percutante et intéressante en bouche. Après, faut-il s'enorgueillir de ne pas utiliser de houblons américains dans une bière. L'idée est qu'elle soit réussie à mon sens. Les chantres de la démondialisation et des circuits courts ne seront peut-être pas de mon avis cependant. Le visuel est sur un blond avec un léger voile avec une effervescence soutenue et une mousse blanche crémeuse s'estompant rapidement. Le nez est sur une alliance zest d'orange, coriandre, céréales et miel plutôt appréciable. En bouche c'est relativement simple sur une amertume peu aromatique mais l'ensemble reste plaisant. L'attaque est relativement acidulée, avec une bonne amertume et alcool qui se fait bien ressentir malgré les 4,9 %. Une légère astringence se fait ressentir. La deuxième bouche voit l'amertume monter d'un cran, amertume un peu simple mais donnant de l'allant. L'arrière bouche est à l'identique sur une amertume simple. Le final est dans la lignée. Le nez nous donnait de l'espoir, mais à la dégustation, petite déception.

Ljusgul klar vätska med en rejäl vit skumkrona. Sädig och lite jordig arom med antydan av tvål. Rejält besk i smaken. Överraskande lättdrucken.

Bottle from Systembolaget. Big fruity aroma. Lovely hazy colour. Bit too dry ending. Taste is hops, not noticeably Belgian. Decent summer style hoppy ale.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Hazy deep golden, small head. Floral hop aroma with some bread crumbs behind. Bone dry with light body and clean mouthfeel. Crisp bread, a hint of minerals and marzipan. Floral hops linger into a long bitter finish. A bit too clean/hard in the mouth.

Flaska. Fräsch, blommig, brödig och örtig. Rätt rejäl bett av beska på slutet. En liten störande vetemjölston i bakgrunden. Annars mycket trevlig.
