When sipped, the wood component stands out and supports the notes of tobacco, which strike a good balance with the hints of nuts and dark chocolate.

On tap. Pours a very dark mahogany with no head. Aromas of sugary nougat/caramel, boozy bourbon barrel, spice and toasted malts. Flavors of same. Quite sweet. A little sticky. Hot finish. Very good

Flat, sweetish and vinous with loads of figs, prunes, oak, vanilla, wood tobacco, toffee, syrup, hints of bourbon, caramel and oxidized notes. Intense and complex slow sipper dessert OMT. Still not the biggest fan of these, but this is probably the best

Bottle shared at tasting. 2017 edition. Muddy brown color, no head. Aroma is quite hard to describe. Really can't figure it out. Don't get anything clearly and especially don't get bourbon. Flavor is malts, a little sweetish, raisins, something odd. Can't get my finger on it. Don't get bourbon. Don't get much. I'm disappointed.

Bottled (bottle says 2015, had in 2019)@Beer Hunters, Pori. Deep amber colour with a small white head. Aromais wood, alcohol, vanilla and some toffee. Flavour is wooden, mild toffee, some spices and more wood. Not as good as the Kioke also had during this session.

2014 bottle thanks to Eric. Pours a dark brown with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is dark fruit, wood, bourbon, tobacco. Slick body, licorice, bourbon, wood, raisin, nice sweetness, enjoyed this.

Flaska från Vinmonopolet, 2016. Kopparbrun, ingen krona. Blöta höstlöv, massor av vanilj, tobak, kolaremmar, marsipan, russin. Stor och maffig med rejäl och tung sötma. Väldigt pang-på och okomplicerad, men just så oerhört bra. Riktigt gott. Här träffar Xyauyùn helt rätt.
