Still, leggy brown. Looks like flat cola. Huge brown sugar nose, caramel and more port than bourbon. Flavor like sherry, grain is there. Hot sticky finish. Well balanced.

500ml (thx, Farees!) @ Ryan's. Appearance: dark copper. Aroma: oak, sweet, dark fruits, plums in chocolate. Taste: flat, very sweet, rich, a lot of sweet tobacco. Overall: interesting.

Poured from 50cl bottle (2014 vintage). Dark brown with no head. Leather, tobacco, some dark fruits and sugars, very nice.

Bottle, at share, thanks to mansquito. Pours dark brown. Toffee, smoke, fig, prune, milk chocolate, butterscotch, biscuit. Soft body. Excellent.

Bottle: pours basically still dark amber with no head. Caramel, vanilla, pastry, booze. Incredibly nice. Vanilla, caramel, sweetness. High booze well covered. Really good/

2017 bottle pour at Open Roma, 5/3/24. Clear, medium amber. No head. Good bourbon alongside heavy bourbon in the nose. Rich malt, no booze. Less bourbon in flavor with a bit of alcohol burn and acidity to dry out the caramel. Not boozey. Rich, sweet. Lacks a bit of finesse.

100mL bottle pour at Baladin Camden, pours a deep dark mahogany, no head. Aroma is decadent, with intense bourbon barrels, plenty of sherry-like oxidation, caramel, and some dark fruits. Flavour is extremely rich, with intense bourbon, lots of dark dried fruits, toffee, brown sugar, and a touch of smokiness. Very sweet, but not cloying. Remarkable stuff.
