Recht mildes Sauerbier, leichte Fruchtnoten, mittig schnell trocken, Cardboard. Leicht wässrig. Ich kann den Batch leider nirgends erkennen, also auch nicht den enthaltenen Hopfen - unglücklich von der Brauerei gelöst.

Batch G682. The beer starts nice sourish fresh. Lots of tropical fruit there, highly carbonated. Long deep mainpart - nice fruity sourish with lots of moderate bitterness. Many fresh fruits, pineapple and passion fruit, moderate bitter, refreshing and fruity. Great!

Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly sour-ish dry, old citrus peel, minerals, hay, mild brett, soda powder, grain, dried fruits. Taste is slightly dry citrusy, soda powder, lemon peel, lemonade, minerals, mild brett, grass, hay. Medium bitterness, slightly dry citrusy mouthfeel. Nice.
