Nice big bottle for a couple of bucks. Very nice pour of clear pale with a big creamy white head. Nose is unexpectedly absent of anything skunk, just a clean fresh neutral american lager nose a with a tad of cream corn. On the first swig I immediately notice it has a pretty good level of co2 sizzle, I like that, makes it feel fresh and refreshing. The flavor is rather energizing exhilarating reanimating revivifying thirst-quenching and inspiriting. Much better than expected. Just a hint of some well behaved noble hop bitterness. Not quite as good as Wiedemann's Black Cat Light, Grand Central St. Petian, 50 west american lager nor Samuel adams light,; but its certainly a good example of pale lager. I enjoyed the session.
