Niško beer is a light pasteurized beer that belongs to the beer lager. The content of the extract in the basic wort is 11%, the alcohol content is 4.7% vol.

Bell's Market, Feasterville: pours pale gold with white head. Aroma is cheap grain and some light herbiness. Taste is sweet, grainy, and actually has a bit of bitterness in there. Not terrible, but pretty crap.

500ml can. Pours clear gold with a tall white head. Aroma is grain, malt, herbal hop. Taste is dry, grain, malt, herbal hop. Light to medium bitter finish. Light bodied.

Bottle, from Food Bazaar, Queens. Pours clear golden with a large foamy beige head, malty taste, high carbonation, mildly sweet malty taste, light grassy hops bitterness, thin body, medium finish. Not too bad for a lager.

Can at the flat in Sofia - picked up from Da Hapna. Pours clear gold with a small, foamy white head. Lightly sweet with simple pale bread, some cereal grains, muted bitter straw. Light bodied with average carbonation. Sweet finish, bread crust, mild fruity notes. Basic but enjoyable.

27/5/2022. Bottle courtesy of Marek, cheers. Pours clear golden with a small short lasting frothy white head. Aroma of grain, sweet malt, grass, corn. Medium sweetness, light to moderate bitterness. Moderate body, slightly watery, average carbonation. Pretty basic but nothing unpleasant.
