12/12/2020. Bottle sample courtesy of saxo/fonefan. Pours slightly hazy pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of yeast, citrus, fruit, herbs, grass, light wood. Light sweetness, medium bitterness, moderate tart. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation. dry and tart to finish. Very much enjoyed this.

ABV: 5.0%. Clear medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sour, baking yeast, lemon - citrusy, herbal notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, sour, pale malt, wood, baking yeast, lemon - citric, brett. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20201205]

750ml bottle. Opalescent, pale orangey, golden colour with small to average, thick, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Sweet-ish, woody, oaky, vinous fruity and herbal-grassy, minimally tannic aroma, notes of toasted oak, white grapes, grape sugar, a touch of rosemary, thyme, meadowsweet, floral honey. Taste is dry, tart-ish, herbal, woody, slightly tannic, minimally sweet, vinous fruity, hints of oak, white grapes, unspecific grassy herbs, a lactic touch. Slightly oily texture, dry, soft palate, very fine, soft, still efficacious carbonation. Doesn't reach the complexity of the formidable Dubbel Porse.
