Bottle. Creamy barley malt and grass hops aroma. Golden yellow color with large white head. Creamy barley malt and strong grass hops flavor. Very nice - has the nice malt flavor of a typical German Pils along with stronger than average hops.

Bottle 50cl. @ home.Clear light to medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, hay, garin, cabbage water notes, light cardboard, light hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is light medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20091017]

50 cL bottle, trade with kappldav123/bottle from Papsoe. Pours clear and yellow dense white head. Crisp fruity hops aroma. Refreshing hops flavour with a mild citric twist. Mild malt base to give some body to the hops. Fruity and mild bitter crisp finish.

Bottled. A light golden beer with a white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of malt and straw as well as lighter notes of citrus. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and grassy hops, leading to a dry bitter finish. Thanks yespr for sharing. THe body is thin.

Frisch herber Antrunk, angenehm leicht hopfig. Die hier noch vorherrschende leichte Würzigkeit verabschiedet sich nach und nach und lässt ein herbes Gerüst zurück, bei dem auch die Hopfigkeit kaum noch erschmeckbar ist. Der Antrunk ist lecker, danach nimmt das Bier aber kontinuierlich ab. In Ordnung. Test vom 24.2.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 11,10,10,10,7,10 - 9,95

The bottle looks good, but other Sternquell-bottles look better. The beer in the glass is not bad. Begins very mild, in the end stupendously hoppy, very drinkable. But not as good as the Premium Pils.

Bottle: Golden coloured, medium-sized foamy head, a bit lacing; delicate sweet-malty, a bit grainy nose with a distinctive touch of aromatic hops; light bodied, soft MF, moderate bitter-sweet flavour on a very light, but detectable malty base; sweet-bitter finish with an illusion of aromatic hops. Astonishingly decent Pilsener...............
