Sternquell Pilsner, Flasche von der Getränkequelle, Quedlinburg. - Goldgelb, blank. - In der Nase nur schwache, matt krautige Hopfung und etwas zu prominenente Süße. - Antrunk getreidig hellmalzig und ausreichend (wenn auch nicht sehr prägnant) zitronig-krautig hopfenherb. Milder rezent, nicht so schlank wie erwartet. Im Abgang hopfenwürzige Herbe mit einem Hauch von Orangenschale. Ranzig-metallisch bitterer Nachtrunk. - Eher derbes Industrie-Pilsner, zu malzbetont und zu vage gehopft; nicht die erhoffte Erfrischung. (19.5.2022.)

Tap at grumo. Golden color clear, white head, classic look. Flavor light malty, grass, vague hints of citrus, thin body, Average carbonation, easy to drink. Refreshing and sessionable, but rather average.

0.4 litre glass from the tap in Dr Wok, Jena on 9th May 2017. Beer went well with my fried rice dish. Clear and clean golden pour, Snow White head on top. Crisp and refreshing, no real aroma or interesting taste, just a well made Pilsner.

Bottle. Pours clear gold with a small white head and moderate carbonation. Light aroma with a touch of corn and leafy hop. Flavour had more character with hints of lemon and biscuity malts. Finish was decently bitter. A pleasant pils.

Pint poured a pop-up bar trailer in Trieste. Pours a clear, fizzy gold with some creamy, white head. Nose has stale grains, yeast, lemon, straw. Flavor was fine, a bit sweet, unattenuated malt, some honey, grass, straw. Slick finish. Drinkable.

Draft at Luca’s Pub, Naples. Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma of grain, oats, light veggies. Flavour is light to light moderate sweet and bitter. Light bodied with moderate to high carbonation.
