Trüb bernsteinfarben mit weißer Schaumkrone. Süß malziger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig, leicht röstmalzig mit Karamell und Honig. Hohe Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, mittlerer bis voller Körper mit sanfter Kohlensäure.

Quite an interesting Bock, with a promising aroma. But it's unbalanced, lacks fine tuning, and goes stale rather quickly.

Endlich mal ein guter Bock, der nicht nur nach Schnaps oder Zucker schmeckt. Für Freunde des gepflegten Bockbiers (der ich leider nicht bin) auf jeden Fall etwas gutes. Die Aromen greifen gut ineinander ohne sich zu behindern -so soll es sein.

Bottle from Euro Spar Furstenfeld. Lovely murky amber orange body, ephemeral yellowish head. Malty, honeyish, flowery aroma, pleasant. Sweet malty taste, light tangerine, honeyish, sweetish. Slightly yeasty. Ends slightly dryish. Sliightly soapy and polleny. Smooth. Very well hidden alcohol. The best of the bunch I reckon.

0,33l flip top bottle at home. BB 28.03.2016. orange hazy color, rather big off-white head. smells tobacco, fruity, some plums, sweetness, honey, caramel, light nuts, some spices, some grains. OKish smell. full body, soft carbonation, creamy mouthfeel. tastes fruity, plums, caramel, sweetness, honey, lightly flowery, nuts, peppery, tobacco, a bit astringent. finishes somewhat dry with notes of plums, spices and peppery. overall some nice notes but they dont blend together too well especially on the taste. just OK.

33 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild grassy. Toasted malty and light straw. Bitter, grassy and slight toasted malty. Bitter and slight cornish into the finish.

swing top 330ml. -Cloudy dark golden/amber coloured, medium sized off-white head, malt and caramel in the nose. Sweet malty, caramel, light dried fruits and grain with notes of alcohol and green apple in the finish. Has macro character.

bottle from Meinl am Graben Wien. Hazy golden with a mid-sized white head. Sour nose. Medium-bodied, slightly sweet and sour malt flavours, shy hoppy touch. Near the best before date, that probably explains the sourness. Must try again.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein orangegelbes Bier mit geringer Schaumkrone. Geruch malzig, würzig, grasig, leicht alkoholisch. Geschmack sehr malzig, würzig, leicht süß alkoholisch.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, dark copper colour with late awakening, small, creamy, half-way lasting, moderately lacing, off-white head. Grainy and malty aroma, some husk, a fruity touch of apples, grassy and minimally floral hoppy overtones. Taste is minimally sweet grainy, husky, dry grassy hoppy overtones; oily texture. Fiddling.
