The Blond Bink was the first beer to flow from the kegs in 1988. This drinking beer with a really hoppy character is the perfect thirst-quencher. The ingredients are: two types of malt, two types of Belgian hops, brewing water and yeast. Our Blond Bink is a refreshing and easily digestible beer with a hoppy nose and an aftertaste of bitterness.

Bottle at the Poechenellekelder. Very nice. Yeasty, floury, hoppy, fresh. Very easy drinking.

Orange color, frothy head. Honey flowery aroma. Bitter flavor. Yeasty, hops and a bit of citrus. Prickly mouthfeel. The yeastiness is too much prominent. The beer is OK, but not well balanced. Tap: café Morshuis Albergen. Hoppy, flowery aroma. Raw hoppy, earthy flavor. Touch of cherry-like fruit. Long hopbitter aftertaste.

Draft at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours fairly transparent, classic gold with moderate white foam. Aroma is very sweet, mostly of honey. Body is average with moderate carbonation. Taste is less sweet than aroma, though still medium. Finish is average.

Bottle. Pours clear gold with a medium-sized white head. Average retention. Aroma: Belgian yeast, banana, dried apples and pears. Medium body. The taste is moderately sweet, malty and rather bitter for the style. Spicy, grassy. An interesting one.

Bottle massive thanks to sjogro! Almost clear golden with short lasting white head. Sweet malts, quite flowery, there’s also quite some herbs, grass, bitter hay, soft orange, honey, light cardboard, soft yeast, burnt sugar. Medium sweet and over medium bitter. Medium bodied. Not too bad, quite bitter and less yeasty than I expected. Would be nice to have this at a concert or something.
