The Blond Bink was the first beer to flow from the kegs in 1988. This drinking beer with a really hoppy character is the perfect thirst-quencher. The ingredients are: two types of malt, two types of Belgian hops, brewing water and yeast. Our Blond Bink is a refreshing and easily digestible beer with a hoppy nose and an aftertaste of bitterness.

Aromas are Belgian yeast, malt and spice. Flavors are similar to nose with good balance between bitter, sweet and tang. Slightly soft carbonation and okay body. Nice beer. Some sips in and it gets much more yeasty. And not all that great.

Bottle, 0.33l. Cloudy copper pour, one finger frothy white head, long lasting, thick lacing on the glass. Yeasty nose, floral, ripe fruits in the background. Medium body, medium carbonation, lively. Smooth mouthfeel and texture, soft, chewy, refreshingly fizzy. Nicely balanced bittersweet taste. Aroma of yeast, malt, ripe fruits, citrus peel. Bready notes, spice, grassy hops. Subtle alcohol in the background. Medium to long lasting finish, dry, lingering hop bitterness. Good.

Bottle from HoTM. It pours lightly hazy orangey - blonde with a medium fluffy white head. The aroma is fresh bready character, toasty grains, cereal, dull banana, banana split warming spice, clove rock, splash of campari and marmalade. The taste is crispy, dry, snappy, pleasing bitterness which, peppery spice, fragrant, floral, slightly soapy, grass, grain, bitter orange peel, kinnie, campari, cereal, nuttiness and bready malt with a drying, fragrant finish. Medium body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Rather nice. Fairly punchy for the style.

Hazed golden pour and a fine head. Fine lacing. Ok intensity in the aroma. Mellow sweetness and a pleasant carbonation level. Easy to drink. Malty, bread, fruity and mild yeast in the flavor [Bottle from Ölstudion Nordstan in Gothenburg, Sweden]
