La grandezza delle bollicine è grossolana. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. L'aroma in bocca In bocca l'aroma porta i segni di miele, frutta secca e agrumi.

Bottled. hazy golden colour with a mediumsized foamy white head.Aroma is floral, fruity, some spruce and mild earthy tones. Flavour is spicy, floral, some yeasty and mild earthy tones. Strange.

Can, BBD 11/2023. So, not sure why you put caramel malts in a pale ale, this is not even pale, but a solid amber colour. Also fairly oxidized, which killed most of the hoppy goodness. Med-high bitterness, low sweetness. Substantial astringency, unpleasantly grainy, light burnt sugar. Really not much in terms of hops aromatics, only faint vague fruitiness. Medium body, medium carbonation. Overall below average really.
