Bottle 75 cl. Pours a clear golden with a small, creamy, white head. Dry, malty nose, somewhat unclean and flawed. Medium body, very dry and a very bitter finish. The nose is the worst part. 101023

Klare goldene Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, hopfiger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig, hopfig, fruchtig. Leicht süß mit mittlerer Bitterkeit, leichter Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

Citrus, floral, some yeast spice, grains. Light sweetness, turns medium bitter. Slick medium body with very natural carbonation. Nice!

Bottle from beer advent calendar Unusual pils. More fruity than expected. Fresh hops all over the place. Bit unbalanced though. Good.

330 ml bottle from Biergreissler, Vienna.
Golden, clear body, with a big, fluffy, a bit rocky, lacing, white head.
Aroma of grains, herbs, grass, flowers, bread, citrus, some pine, some honey.
Tastes quite similar, with more citrus and pine, but also more honey.
Medium, oily mouthfeel, with a lively carbonation.
Finishes bitter, medium dry, subtly sweet, very hoppy, with citrus, pine, flowers, herbs, grains, honey.
Really nice. Very hoppy, even for this style, with lots of citric notes and even quite a lot of pine. Surprisingly full bodied. Not my favourite Pils from Austria, as it lacks the last bit of crisp dryness I like this style for and therefore isn't as easy as others, but still a quaffable, above average style example.
