Our brewers have used the finest seasonal ingredients to lovingly craft an ale that offers an intriguing balance of flavours within a unique, and very special flavour profile. Dry-hopped with Mosaic hops, this red Ale has complex aromas and flavour of tropical and stone fruit, underlined with pine and citrus hop notes and as with all of our Ales, there are no additives and no preservatives. Compass malt is used with the barley sourced from the Murray Mallee region of South Australia.

0,355L bottle (from beerExpress, Tallinn), 2014 vintage. Pours copper with beige head. The head stays. Aroma is sweet, flowery, honey, caramel, malt. Flavor is sweet, malt, caramel, some bitterness, and fruits. Alcohol is showing somewhat. Overall: very nice.

Pours out with a murky amber body, tiny soapy head and sweet malt nose. A hint of the elevated ABV is apparent, honey, vanilla, toffee accents. All of the above meld together nicely, with some gentle warmth and a sweet finish.

355 mml bottle tasted on 12/06/2014. Deep amber colour with a nice head. Aroma of hops, malts, caramel and fruits. Medium body with medium carbonation. Aftertaste is a little metallic and light bitter. Next one please!

Vintage 2007. A wiec po ponad 5 latach zalecen do starzenia. Moje mialo az 7, planowalem jeszcze z rok czy dwa potrzymac, ale nadarzyla sie swietna mila okazje by je skosztowac. Dobre, nawet bardzo dobre piwo ze sporym plusem. W zapachu i smaku daktyle, ryba smarzona oraz sliwki w likierze. Aromat intensywny, ale piana nie za mocna i nie za wielka, ale ladnego koloru taka maslano bezowa. Kolor ciemno bursztynowy z rubinowymi refleksami. Czarny osad na dnie i nie do konca dal sie wymieszac, ale za to jak zmetnil i przyciemnil piwo. Super smaczne tresciwe, a alkoholu sie prawie nie wyczuwa. Polecam starzenie tego piwa bo warto.

355 ml bottle. Pours a hazy light mahogany with moderate head. Aromas of toasted malts, brown sugar, and citrus. Flavors of toasted malts, brownies, golden raisins, and dry bitter hops. Medium-full body with good carbonation. Long bitter finish but not overly so. Quite nice.
