Bottle shared, thanks Deanso. Pours clear amber, small tan head with low retention. Aroma had light malt, fruit, grapes, raisins and slight alcohol. Flavour is slightly vinous with malt and other fruits. Low carbonation and a very strange balance.

345ml bottle from a friend. Shared with Kermis Not much white head. Clear amber colour. Aroma is grapes, malt and slight alcohol. Slight bitter after-taste.

Bottle, thanks a lot Jim! Pretty red amber, fine carbonation, lacing cappucino cream - handsome brew. Butterscotch and nut aroma. Honeyish start, light dust and clay, diacetyl less pronounced in the flavor, a few earthy hops. Medium to light body, mellow mouthfeel. Earthty, nutty finish.

From a 345ml bottle on 17/6/2010. The aroma is caramel and malt. In the mouth, it’s sweet, with a slightly roasted malt taste and more caramel predominating. Some modest hop action at the end keeps the sweetness in check. A decent, easy drinking amber.

Bottle. Yeasty aroma. Classic brown ale appearance with off-white head. Predominantly malt-sweet, but there are just enough hops to make a decent balanced brew.

Dark amber. Half inch of white head fades to a thin covering.Aroma is mostly sweet dark/toasted malt, with some thin hops in the background.Very similar malty flavour, with some grassy hops kicking in later followed by a short-lived bitterness. Yalnikim is right about the slight coca-cola similarity.Good carbonation and body.A bit thin for my liking, but very easy drinking all the same.

Bottle. Poured clear reddish brown with slight beige head. Very little aroma - hint of malt perhaps. Light body with medium carbonation. Not much flavour, largely malt with definte dark malt and some sweetness. Very little bitterness. Drinkable, but bland and disappointing.

Bottled. An amber beer with an orange head. The aroma is sweet with notes of over ripe fruits and citrus, a bit sharp. The flavor is sweet matly with notes of over ripe fruits and light notes of metal, leading to a dry bitter finish.

Bottled 14/6/05. Aroma of malt supported by stone fruit. Reddish copper color with a frothy beige head that collapsed with some lacing. Medium bodied. The malt is mixed with fruit. The carbonation is medium. The finish is not very dry. However, the flavor profile is complex - varying malts mingling with ale fruitiness. Hints of darker fruits come forth in the long finish. Really decent. Upon reflection it reminds of Wychwood Hobgoblin.

Bottle. Pours an amber color with a small white head. Malty and slightly fruity aroma with some hints of caramel. Sweet malty fruity flavor with some caramel hints. Thin malty finish with some weak bitterness in the aftertaste.
