Bottled@HBF2017. Brown colour, mediumsized beige head. Aroma is toasted, biscuitysome mild nutty and mild sweet malts as well. Flavour is spices, some nutty, mild toasted and sweet malty tones. Pleasanty balanced.

Als Wiener Dunkles getrunken. Dunkelbraune bis schwarze Farbe mit beiger Schaumkrone. Malziger, röstmalziger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig, röstmalzig mit Karamell. Mittlere Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

Bottle 0.5l from the brewpub. Clear, copper colored. AROMA- toasted malts, chocolate, nuts, floral and spicy hops. FLAVOR- smooth and creamy, slightly sweet, lightly bitter, toasted malts, hazelnuts, tones of chocolate, floral hops. Medium bodied. Very good.

Bottle from Cuso, thanks! Deep dark brown color, cloudy. Caramel and cacao in the aroma. Thinnish, caramelly malty sweet flavor with citrus notes and pineapple. Soft roasty caramelly aftertaste.

Dark brown. Aroma is porcini melasses slight smoke soy sauce. Taste is umami sweet melasses bitter grain. Very well balanced. Drinkable. Complex. Amazing.

Tap at the brewpub, 12th March 19. Pours a dark brown chestnut colour lager. Aroma is malty, roasted, chocolate. Taste is malty, complex, yet quite refreshing, not overly sweet. Good.
