Classic - caramel, peach, plums, lightly herbal. Mild medium sweetness prepares for the velvety bitter kick, some round acidity for balance.

At pintxos bar in Bilbao. Hazy amber brown colour, small frothy off-white head, mostly diminishing, light lacing. Aroma toasted malts, caramel, hint of treacle, hay. Taste medium sweet and bitter, roasty, malty, toffee, brown sugar. Sweetbitter aftertaste, burnt caramel, earthy, bit husky, medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, decent bitter.
