RB backlog. Phenols, clove, light hop, esters, grains, grass, coriander. Medium sweet, tangy, tart, finishes lightly bitter and sour. Loved ordering this. Bierol, trolling on another level.

330 ml bottle from Beer Store Vienna, bottled 09.01.2019. Pale golden, clear body, with a small, fluffy, off-white head. Aroma of straw, spices, dough, flowers, citrus, sweet fruits, bread. Tastes similar, a bit less spicy. Medium, slick mouthfeel, with an average carbonation. Finishes moderate, a bit dry, medium spicy, yeasty, citric, floral, a bit sweet. Nice one. Old-school Saison, with a good mix of spicy, yeasty and malty notes, with some citric hops. A bit light though, lacking more body. Overall still solid, refreshing. Score: 7 / 3 / 7 / 3 / 14

On tap at Ammutsøn, Vienna. Hazy pale golden. Small off-white head. Lots of yeast character. Mostly banana esters. Bread. Spice. Light citrusy touch. Sourdough. Light cardboard presence. Flavour is bready, grainy, slightly spicy and fruity, estery. Don't get the hop aromas. Maybe not the freshest? Light body. Grainy finish, dry. Not spectacular.
