0,1l Taster from bottle at Braukunstmarkt, Hallein. yellow cloudy color, small white head. smells smokey, earthy, pea notes, bit breadish. Ok smell. Light body, soft carbonation. tastes earthy, pea notes, grains, bit herbal. finishes lightly dry and lightly bitter with notes of pea notes, tobacco and earthy notes. Weird balance and flavors, not totally my thing.

500 ml bottle from Bottle Shop, Salzburg.
Golden-orange, hazy body, with a massive, stable, fluffy, white head.
Surprisingly full aroma of bread, various fresh spices, hay, earth, wheat, subtle fruit notes.
Taste is watery, but not unpleasant, with about the same aromas.
Light, slick mouthfeel, with a quite lively carbonation.
Finishes quite light, but smooth, bready, spicy, yeasty.
Surprisingly good for an alcohol free beer. Very distinctive, natural bread and spice notes, especially in the nose. Drinks quite watery of course, but also fresh and clean, almost without any of the typical stale flavours of such beers. Definitely one of the best alcohol free beers I’ve had.
