This is the beer we created for our taproom, the Terminal 1, here at the brewery. A light, lean and scented American Pale ale. Light mouthfeel and gentle bitterness, enriched by a great freshness and generous citrus fruit notes given by Citra hops.

Hazy pale orange color with nice white head. Aroma is beautifully hopped, tropical fruits and grapefruit. Taste is a bit off, the carbonation is very weird. Dry and hoppy, bitter finish. Not as good as the great aroma promised. Okay though.

Bottle, 3.7%. Delicious and juicy mango and grapefruit aroma. Cloudy yellow colour. Small frothy stable white head. The flavour has the same mango as the aroma, but less grapefruit. Overall, the aroma is more powerful than the flavour, but nice enough for the ABV. A bit watery in the finish, but a refreshing drop.

Bottle. Pours hazy light amber with stable white head. Clear aroma of citrus, with notes of hops and yeast. Bitter, hoppy flavour with intense citric notes and touches of yeast. Hints of malt. Bitter and slightly estery aftertaste. High carbonation. Mild but enjoyable.

Hazy, pale yellow colour. Strong hop aroma. A bit skunky and lemony. Foams up wildly in the mouth which is not pleasant. Fresh, citrusy hop flavour. Very clean and quite bitter.

bottle at home, bought at Braukunst Live, Munich. dark yellow, hazy color, small white head. smells fruity, mango, cherries, light grapefruit, light fruity/malty sweet smell, flowery, some pine notes. light body, slick body, light carbonation, lots of grass on the taste, light bubbly after the grass, just before the bitterness kicks in. medium bitter finish, bitterness disappeares quick though. taste also has a watery citric / light grainy touch. also almost sourish quality, quite dry too.
quite a contrast between smell and taste. taste is a bit too unbalanced bitter / citric for me. Probably a good beer for a hot summer day though.

Bottle from Taniguchi. Nice hoppy nose, lemony, light grass, light, crackery malt. Deep, clear gold with a very tall, slightly airy head. Lots of effervescence. Light, crisp, biscuity malt, orange, lemon, a bit of tropical fruit. Very flavorful and full for the strength. Crisp and lemony, and the perky carbonation really lifts the hops flavors. Crisp bitter finish. I would drink this all the time if I could on tap. The first hoppy Brewfirst I have gotten in good condition bottled in Japan. Makes me happy.
