0.33 l bottle. Pours golden color and minimal white head. Some malts, metallic notes, but first of all overwhelming alcoholic sweetness in aroma and taste. Medium sweet finish, light body, but due to the high ABV, it’s not so easy to drink.

330ml bottle from Tennent Caledonian Brewery Mail Order - clear amber body, short lasting white top. Heavy malt taste, grainy fruitiness, bold and boozy in the finish. Not bad for Jakey Juice.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso propende per il fruttato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale, permanendo in maniera sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è di media potenza. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Il tetto della bocca porta note di miele, frutta secca, un accenno di resinoso, agrumi e arancia rossa.

330ml bottle. Clear, amber colour with small, creamy, half-way lasting, moderately lacing, minimally grey-ish, white head. Mellow malty and slightly fruity aroma, hints of red berries. Taste is minimalyl toasty, mellow malty, slightly fruity, slightly alcoholic, hints of red berries, cherry, some caramel, bitter hoppy counterpart. Watery texture, slightly dry palate, fine, soft, mildly prickly carbonation. Flattering sweetness, quite monotonous - so-so.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear, deep golden with an off-white head. Nose has malts, sulphur and booze. Rich, sweet, malty body, again sulphurous from the Lager yeast. Feels pretty raw and boozy as these Strong commercila Lagers always do. 161121

színe mint a 3 napig tartogatott pisié. íze dettó. ööö...nem mintha kóstoltam volna, csak elképzelem. mármint a pisit. amúgy erős malátás alkoholos. szúros mint a bogáncs.

0,33 bottle.I was curious after what I had so far. Let's see: Transparent old gold color, loose off-white, medium-lasting foam. Sour lager-like, mostly hoppy aroma, faint alcohol, and a little caramel. Medium-bodied sip, sweet, alcoholic impression. You can feel that it's a punchy stuff. A bit syrupy feeling, but a bitter taste also comes in the finish. Not bad. To me, it looks more like a Belgian ale than an imp. pilsner.

Kíváncsian vártam az eddigiek után. Lássuk: Áttetsző óarany szín, laza piszkosfehér, közepesen tartós hab. Savanykás lageres, többnyire komlós illat, gyengén az alkoholt is érezni, és egy kis karamelles beütése is van. Közepesen testes korty, édeskés, alkoholos benyomás. Érződik, hogy ütős cucc. Kicsit szirupos érzet, de lecsengésben keserű íz is jön. Nem rossz. Nekem inkább belga ale-re hasonlít, mintsem imp. pilsenire.

Bottle big thanks to Dan. It pours clear rich amber with a small white head. The aroma is sweet, sticky, bready, sponge cake, banana bread and honey oat. The taste is sweet, sticky, toffee, bitter, tannin, caramel, banana split, boozy, chewy, some bitterness, grassy, weedy and toothy with a grassy finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Intense stuff. More quaffable than expected.
