Das goldgelbe Helle Saphir imponiert im Geruch nach frischen, süßen Birnen. Geschmacklich läutet ein Prickeln auf der Zungenspitze ein angenehm bitteres, rundes Biererlebnis ein. Feine Getreidenuancen verleihen dem Pils bodenständige Noten.

Golden, moderate hazy body, with a head.
Aroma of butter, grains, bread, flowers, some citrus.
Tastes pretty similar.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes medium dry, moderate bitter, grainy, floral, a bit citric, a bit buttery.
Good. Too much buttery notes for me, otherwise a quite typical Lager. Still fresh to drink, nothing wrong about this.

0,1l from bottle shared at Craft Bier Fest Wien, bought this one at a Supermarket in Haslach/Mühl. light yellow lightly hazy coolor, small white head, smells of yoghurt, earthy, spices, peppery, ok smell. medium body, soft carboantion, slick mouthfeel. tastes of yoghurt, spices, peppery, nutty. marzipan. finishes lightly bitter with notes of yoghurt, spices and earthy notes. ok, but off notes with yoghurt. 6, 4, 7, 3, 12
