Bottle a couple months past the expiration. Deep amber with a thin, frothy head. Aroma full of johannisbeere and herbal tea. The mustard seed is there too—or maybe I’m just imagining it. Quite inviting overall. Taste is mildly tart, full of berry jam with a dash of grainy and herbal bitterness that picks up going into the finish. Medium bodied, balanced carbonation. Creative and well executed!

33cl bottle. A hazy dark amber beer with a off-white head. Aroma of blackcurrant, tart berries, grapes. Taste of dry and mild sweet berries, blackcurrant, herbs, grapes. Okay!

Tarragon, berries, indeed quite spicy, mustard. Soft sweet fruity start, spice hits, peppery. Fairly great.

29-03-19 // taster at CRAFT Nürnberg Slightly unclear purple red. Berry nose. Berry saisony aroma but with anice herbal touch of estragon. Works good.
