White IPA dal colore giallo paglierino, velata, con schiuma bianca e cremosa. L’aroma è un trionfo di agrumi con lime, pompelmo, mandarino e limone in evidenza, oltre a sentori di frutta tropicale in secondo piano. Al palato si percepiscono lievi sfumature di crosta di pane che lasciano spazio ad un carosello di agrumi, con lime, cedro e mandarino in evidenza, seguiti da ananas e da una nota leggermente erbacea. Il corpo è snello, l’amaro moderato e la carbonatazione medio alta per facilitare la bevuta.

RB backlog, Bevog Festival 2018. Citric, herbal, a bit estery, wheat. Tartwith soft sweetness and just little bitterness, very round. Round medium body with soft carbonation. Balance is key here. Very good.

On tap @Bir&Fud in Rome-Italy. It pours hazy although bright golden color with a medium tick foam. Nose: medium-high fruity aroma, sweet malty/wheaty with a pinch of pine needles. Mouth: easy and sessionable, low citric, grapefruit.
