Wir wollen Äpfel nicht einfach mit Birnen vergleichen und kombinieren daher beide Früchte zu einem neuen köstlichen Cider. Handgepflückte steirische Äpfel veredelt mit echtem Birnensaft aus dem Mostviertel, ergeben Goldkehlchen Birne. Vegan, ohne Zusätze, aber mit viel Liebe gemacht. Und vielleicht lohnt sich an dieser Stelle doch ein Vergleich: Trinken kann man Vieles, schöner zwitschert man aber nur mit Goldkehlchen.

Sampled from 0.33 l bottle from 'REWE Homberg'. Clear, pale greenish with a few white bubbles on top. Sweetish, a little sourish, quite fruity aroma of sweet pear and ripe apples. Medium sweet, a little sourish, just moderately dry and quite fruity taste of ripe apples and fresh pear, followed by a short, a bit tart, just moderately dry finish. Thin body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!

Bottle @ benzai. Clear very pale golden with no head. Smells apple, pear, sweet, moldy. Tastes pear, apple, sweet, slightly white wine. Decent. Medium body, soft to medium carbo.

Süßer Beginn, in dem Birne stärker als Apfel hervorkommt. Milde aber durchaus vorhandene Karbonisierung. Wäre da nicht die starke Süße könnte man von Saftschorle ausgehen. Süffig, mir zu süß. 7/8/8/7/10/8
