Közepes, tartós, mályva színű hab, sötétlila szín. Borsos, céklás illat. Céklás, borsos, enyhén sós ízek. Könnyű, enyhén szénsavas, nem keserű. Nem rossz, de intenzívebb ízekre számítottam.

Bottle at home, courtesy of the HopTop bois. Pours thicc deep purple with a foamy pink head. Nose is spicy, earthy notes. Taste is cékla I guess, earthy notes, low lactic sour touch, some salt. Long lasting spicy, salty, kinda tart finish. Light but rich body, soft carbo. Interesting, but certainly nicely rounded.

Can shared with Eirik A. at X-mas beer brewing at MB2 25.10.24. Clear violet. Quickly diminishing violet head. Interesting aroma taste of pepper and beetroot. It is what it promise. Lots of umami throughout.

330ml can pours out amazing beet red topped with a great pink head. Nose is nice light earthy beets and some tartness. Taste is more of the nice beet earthy notes a little salty brine notes and some tartness.

Can sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Nice deep red-purple. Beets, candy, vegetal, sourish, salty.

Can, small bubbly bubblegum pink head, beautiful extremely dark red colour, just like borscht, aroma of beet, minerals, gunpowder and just a bit of maltiness In the back and something that feels of berries, flavor of beet with lots of lactic notes, stone fruitiness and woody hints, medium lactic acidity and a salty hint. Really nice and interesting

Can 0.33l from Beerselection, Budapest. Almost clear, dark red colored. AROMA- beet, salt, pepper. FLAVOR- neutral, lightly sour, quite salty, just slightly peppery, salt, pepper, lightly beet. Medium bodied. Very nice gose.
