After the never ending battle between the hop heads and sour lovers we decided to appease the two. Using Nelson Sauvin from New Zealand and Citra from the Pacific North West this mixed fermentation brew is juicy, sour and extremely refreshing. Sour & hops in perfect, thirst quenching, melody!

Keg at BD Shoreditch, 31/10/18. Light haze on a pale yellow pour with a decent off white covering. Nose is citric sherbets, damp grass, on the turn melon, balsa wood. Taste comprises lemon zest, light funk, green berry must, faint tropicana, grass, damp cloth. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light hop back note and balanced puckering climax. Decent well balanced sour.

Fra fat på Bøker og Børst okt-18: lett uklar korngul med fint skum som varer lenge. Supersyrlig, saftig og frisk aroma og smak med plenty av citroner, grapefrukt, bergamott-appelsin (og yuzu?). Lang citrusbitterhed i avslutningen. Slank munnfølelse. Nesten så fjerner de gamle plombene, utmerket som tannskyll.

Keg at IMBC. It pours hazy yellow with a decent foamy white head. The aroma is quite soft, bit of melon, white grape, limeade and lemon cordial. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, pickled onion monster munch, zingy, white grape, melon, bit of cracker and soda water with lime. Finish is dry and pat sharp. Lighter end of medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Ok refresher.
