After the never ending battle between the hop heads and sour lovers we decided to appease the two. Using Nelson Sauvin from New Zealand and Citra from the Pacific North West this mixed fermentation brew is juicy, sour and extremely refreshing. Sour & hops in perfect, thirst quenching, melody!

Admin Note: Formerly known as Mash Up the Jam. Name change to Jam Up the Mash announced in August 2018 due another beer in the market with a similar name.

(Draught at Muted Horn, Berlin, 19 July 2018) Golden yellow colour, slightly hazy, with frothy, white head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of citrus, pineapple and mango. Fruity, slightly tart taste with citrus, tropical fruit, unripe pineapple, mango and a gentle citric bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Tasty and quite fruit, with lots of tropical/citric hops (but not very bitter). Nice one.

Can at Svijet Piva. Hazy yellow body, fleeting white head. Lovely aroma mixing strong lactic notes, tropical, fruity hops mixing with that. Pineappley. Medium bodied tropical-hop driven sour, not too excessive tartness. Bit too astringent for my taste, but excellent flavors.

On tap @Brasserie 4:20 (Rome). Oro, leggermente torbida, schiuma bianca media. Al naso aroma di pesca, ananas, uva bianca. In bocca è dolce all'attacco con finale leggermente acido, fruttato, leggermente vinoso. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Molto buona!
