Sweet apples, bitter apples, tart around the edges. Applesauce, wood, age. Quite sweet, moderate bitter. Medium body with softer carbonation. Light dry finish but mostly juicy and sweet with some light ‘dirty’ wood funk over it. Easy drinking, bit sweet.

Wood, tannins, vanilla - and yes indeed, apple. Starts medium sweet, then more tart, tangy and it dries up. Little alcoholic presence. Nice.
