16oz (thx, Brian C.!) shared with Andrey @ home. Canned on 2019-08-29. Appearance: nice a bit hazy orange with a white head. Aroma: oranges and strawberry, crispy, some lacto. Taste: along the same lines. Overall: good dessert beer.

16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 8/29/2019. Pours slightly hazy/cloudy golden amber/light orange color with a 1 finger dense and rocky off white head with great retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Light spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a light amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big juicy/tart/tangy strawberries, orange juice, fruit skin/seeds, citrus peel/zest, lemon, lime, peach, pear, melon, apricot, red/green apple, white grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, vanilla, cream, wheat, white bread dough, light peppercorn/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of strawberry, orange zest, fruity/acidic yeast, lactose, and pale/wheat malt notes; with big strength. Taste of big juicy/tart/tangy strawberries, orange juice, fruit skin/seeds, citrus peel/zest, lemon, lime, peach, pear, melon, apricot, red/green apple, white grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, vanilla, cream, wheat, white bread dough, light peppercorn/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tartness, fruit tang, and light spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/tangy strawberries, orange juice, fruit skin/seeds, citrus peel/zest, lemon, lime, peach, pear, melon, apricot, red/green apple, white grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, vanilla, cream, wheat, white bread dough, light peppercorn/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of strawberry, orange zest, fruity/acidic yeast, lactose, and pale/wheat malt flavors; with an awesome malt/tartness and tangy fruit balance; with no puckering/astringent flavors after the finish. Fairly crisp finishing. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering tartness and tangy fruit. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/grainy, and acidic/tangy/tannic balanced mouthfeel that is great, Minimal warming alcohol for 7.2%. Overall this is an awesome fruited milkshake sour. All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of strawberry, orange zest, fruity/acidic yeast, lactose, and pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth and fairly crisp/refreshing to drink with the mellowly acidic/tangy/tannic/drying finish; not overly lactic. Awesome balance of juicy/vibrant fruits and Lacto complexity; with a nice sized lactose and wheat/malt backbone against acidity. Mild residual sweetness with crisp acidic/tangy dryness. A really enjoyable offering, and impressive spot on style example as expected. Not nearly as jammy as other berried variants, but I still loved it.

Draft at HOMES. Pours a clear orange copper color with a finger of soapy white foam that dissipates. Light lactose aroma with strawberry seed and orange notes. Thin with a light tartness. Wild strawberry flavors. Lingering, watery strawberry with orange. A step down from the previous sherbets. Carbonation was good, but missing the fruit. Strawberry is a watery fruit itself I suppose.
