Lovely peach flesh driven nose with fresh cut peach, light apricot and apricot skin alongside some mild sulphur notes. As it warms up the sulphur dissipates and the fruit shines. More yellow peach on the palate, tart apricot and light astringent skin. Overall the peach really shines while the apricot brings a touch of balance to the beer.
