This hoppy American style Pilsner was fermented, lagered and dry hopped with the utmost care for 77 days. It was dry hopped with Saaz and Ekuanot hops for a fruity, crisp, full flavored hoppy Pilsner.

Can from Craft Brewed shared at Lucky Bamboo. Pours a clear light gold with a finger of white foam that lingers. Very lemon zest forward nose with some light grapefruit and crackery malt aromas. Slight notes of grain, white grapefruit and lemon again on the palate. Crisp and clean with a spritzy, well-carbonated finish. New world hops with a lighter malt body. Decent enough, but I think I preferred version 1.0.
