Backlog. This brew smells of citrusy hops and pale malt. The flavor is hop led with oranges and bready malt. I’m surprised how fruity it is as I didn’t think German hops had that character. Medium body. Well done.

Bottle. Pours a clear gold with a slight orange hue and a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces. Aroma has a nice light pine with a touch of citrus, some grass and a crisp grain backbone. Flavor has the same nice crisp pine supported by light grass and a bit of citrus.

Sampled from a bottle this beer poured a cloudy golden apricot color with a large creamy orange white head that lingered and left decent lacing. The aroma was earthy, grassy and floral with hints of pine and spruce. The flavor was semi sweet and bitter with pine, fruity hops, an herbal note and a hint of spruce. Medium length finish. Medium body.
