Imperial Stout with Counter Culture Coffee, Hazelnuts, Vanilla Bean, and Vietnamese Cinnamon
All the mayhem of meandering thoughts. All the delight of boldly vivid aura. An examination of our senses. Double mashed with barley and oats, fermented with candi sugars and aged upon Counter Culture Coffee, Forestry Camp roasted hazelnuts, Spicewalla Vietnamese cinnamon and a pleasing dose of Madagascar vanilla bean. Layered with copious confectionary caramel, sugar-roasted nuts, coffee cake, hazelnut creamer and spiced Frappuccino. A delightful array of aperitif

Bottle shared at Lucky Bamboo. Thanks Aaron! Pours a thick and viscous deep brown to black with a small beige head that dissipates instantly. Big coffee forward nose with hazelnut, vanilla and cinnamon chocolate as it warms. Sweet, but the cinnamon really comes out and balances the sweetness. Dark chocolate, vanilla and coffee that lingers with cinnamon. Delicious.
