We fermented this decadent Imperial stout with blueberries and coconut cream giving it a flavor reminiscent of fresh blueberries and cream.

Taster shared with Brian. Appearance: opaque dark brown with a beige head. Aroma: loads of blueberry, chocolate, sweet and a bit sour, amazing! Taste: similar taste with some slight grassy notes, very berry aftertaste. Overall: this one is very good. It would be amazing if it would not have these grassy notes, which I don't like to feel in IS I drink.

Aroma is berry packed, chocolate. Pours black with a thin tan head with decent retention. Taste is sweet with a bitter edge; flavors of berry, chocolate, licorice. Smells a lot better than it tastes, but it’s definitely a tasty beer.

Can shared at Lucky Bamboo share. Pours a deep brown and raspberry red color with a small head that dissipates. Big berry forward nose with jammy raspberry and blueberry notes. As it warms some chocolate notes are present. Thick and creamy on the palate. Lots of slick oily notes with a cough syrup that is fairly off-putting. Finishes with booze and cough syrup. Not a fan of this one.

(odd breed share review)Bourbon boozy berries, (kaiburger review) had it again and its definitely the coconut cream, it's all over the finish. But coconut is definitely a decisive ingredient for me.
