Can Jam: pours gold with white head. Aroma is lemony and grainy bread. Low bitterness and citrus with a dry bready finish.

Good pils, very heavy on the Saaz, with strong floral-herbal hop currents undercut by a modest vegetal note. Lots of yeast providing alternating layers of lemon and white bread, with hints of sweet grain and citrus underneath. Finishes crisp with a lingering yeasty tang. Very American pils, but also a drinkable one.

Draft at Bearded Iris. Pours a clear orange gold with a full finger and a half of foam that sits nicely. Bready malt, honey and mild stone fruit aromas with some mineral and lemon as it warms. More of the same on the palate. Great carbonation. Super crushable. The Saaz adds a touch of pepper to the palate and finish, but very German and not overly bitter. Light notes of white peach as it warms. This hit the spot!
