Bottle from a Plus supermarket, Tilburg. Pours cloudy ochre with a small, lasting, frothy, off-white head; little lacing. Aroma has lots of oat, barley, baker's yeast, white bread, wheat, coriander, yellow apple, some apricot. It tastes medium fruity sweet, apple & banana in balance with sweet wort & white bread; light spicy bitter middle with sourish wheat & lemon. Dryish, wheaty finish, faintly grassy hoppy, lingering spice & sweet wort. Medium body, slick/creamy texture, fizzy carbonation. Unusual Hefeweizen, not overly estery or spicy; more impressions of fruit & bread.

Thuis uit een flesje. Mooi van kleur (goudgeel), vol wit schuim. Citrus in de afdronk, prima. Echter het abv van mijn flesje is wel 5 en geen 4,5.

33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ Albert Heijn Leersum. Light hazy golden with a big white head. Banana, pineapple and bubblegum. Sweet taste with a more hopbitter finish. Not enough hops to call it a Weizen IPA but it's heading in that direction. Nice summer beer.

Draft. An unclear amber beer with a lazing tan head. The aroma has notes of wheat, caramel, and bananas. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, wheat, and bananas, leading to a dry wheaty finish.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy yellow with a lacing, white head. Rather discreet aroma, a little yeast. Medium body, super dry, yeasty, some bubblegum and banana and a surprisingly bitter finish. Not bad - but the finish is way too bitter for the style. 030418

Mild fruchtiger Beginn. Noten von Pfefferminz, leicht getreidig, wenig hefig, mittelstarke Herbe. Etwas zu trocken, okay, unspannend. 10/7/7/7//7
