Rally Ale

A bright, refreshing, super drinkable ale with a hint of citrus, Easy Sport is a perfect fit for an active lifestyle. Beginning with a clean, easy-drinking blonde ale recipe, we add electrolytes to an extended mash and boil to create a deliciously dry, beautifully balanced beer. At the end of fermentation, we add more electrolytes and a touch of tangerine peel, resulting in a slightly tart, subtly salty, all-natural, low calorie, carb-conscious beer.

Can. Gold in color with a three finger head. Taste like an average mega lager beer. Just average.

12 ounce can from Woodman's Appleton, 7/25/21. Hazy orange, large frothy white head, good retention. Aroma of lemon, salt, tangerine, pale malt. Taste is tangerine, grapefruit, pale malt, mild salt. A bit thin, crisp, refreshing, juicy. Solid.

Lemon and fecal hay nose. Hazy golden, a few relatively large chunks of sediment, thick head, little retention. Salty lemon, biscuit. Medium body, moderate carbonation. Refreshing, well balanced. Unabashedly drinkable.

12 oz. can from a mix-pack. Pours a clear, bubbly, golden color, with a small, fleeting, off-white head. The nose is orange powder, white bread, light salt, and sugar. Sweet and zesty, with a touch of tartness. Light body, with a crisp, and remarkably refreshing palate. This is an easy and simple beer, but not bad.

Pours light yellow with a thin white head. Aroma of lemongrass. Taste has lemon with light floral notes. Palate has citrus, sticky mouthfeel, lightly hopped. Probably fantastic for a hot day.

12oz can. Somewhere between a light Golden Ale and Flavored Gose, leaning towards the Gose the more I sip at it. Seltzery, thin, lacks body or depth. Not such a bad flavor, albeit sort of artificial. The body and overall beer appeal are quite low. A miss.

12 oz. can. Pours a hazy light gold color with a small fizzy white head and poor retention. No lacing. Sour-ish ale aroma. Very light citrus flavor with a slight tart finish. Crisp mouthfeel and a short finish. Light, watery body. Drinks like a soda. Okay, but not enough beer flavor.

First taste from this can is much duller than expected considering the creators description. However it does have a big foamy white head at first. I know this is styles as a blonde ale but most likely it should be a gose, heheheh, you know, with the salt and such? Even tho its a little less sparky than anticipated, it is a rather fun refreshing brew. Yes, starts to grow on you and BTW, at least there are no negative ale effects in this one. Yes, quite neutral with lots of real beery attributes that are not covered by hops. Not bad.
