16 oz can from Drafting Table. Pours a bright clearish yellow with a white head. Herbal, grassy, piney hop aromas. Flavor has herbal and grassy hops with biscuity pale malts. Makes a good first impression, and it's pretty solid throughout.

Draft at Drafting Table. Pours a clearish straw color with a finger of white foam. Dank citrus and pineapple aromas on the nose. Palate has more grain and peach notes. Slight grain on the finish with lingering fruit. A very new-world kind of kolsch, but still a fun beer.

16 ounce can into pint glass, canned on 2/20/2019. Pours slightly hazy/cloudy medium golden yellow color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with great retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a light amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big red grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, citrus peel/zest, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and pale/wheat malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big red grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, citrus peel/zest, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/zest, herbal, floral, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of red grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, citrus peel/zest, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and pale/wheat malt flavors; with an awesome malt/bitterness balance, and no lingering hop astringency after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy/sticky, fairly crisp mouthfeel that is great. Slight lingering resins/rinds. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.9%. Overall this is an excellent hoppy kolsch. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth and fairly crisp/refreshing to drink, with the mellowly bitter/drying finish. Very flavorful and not watery for the ABV. Feels like a lot of Mosaic. Very juicy, vibrant, and fairly dank/earthy hop complexity; with a great clean balanced pale/wheat malt backbone. Mild residual sweetness with crisp dryness. A very enjoyable offering, and well made base style example.
