Double IPA hopped with cashmere, nelson, citra, & mosaic.
Looking for a DIPA that switches it up? VERY VARIED combines nelson + citra + cashmere + mosaic with a unique British yeast for a multilayered mix of bright orange rind, canned peach, and tropical fruit roll-up, balanced by a softly textured body.
Tasting Notes: cashmere, unique yeast, nelson

Can. Pours a slightly hazy yellow with an orange hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has dank citrus and light onion with a hint of dank tropical fruit and a touch of sweet bread underlying. Flavor has a nice dank citrus with some light onion, dank tropical fruit and a light sweet grain backbone.

Can (10/7/21) pour from trade with AirForceHops--thanks, Chris! It's an opaque dark yellow-light brown with no sparkle, finger-width white fluffy foam head with excellent retention and soapy rings of lacing. Aroma is strong citrus, particularly orange, tropical fruit, pineapple. Taste is strong sweet nonspecific fruit, mild grape. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with smooth, frothy texture, average carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, strong sweet aroma and taste but fairly nonspecific.

16 oz. can. Dated 10-07-21. Aroma is candied orange, peach-like and malty. Flavor of peach candy, mild orange, soft tangerine. IMO, easy to drink and slightly above average. Well made but nothing earth shattering.

Bright gold pour. Thick foam. Some sort of liquor alcohol, rum or gin, with orange and flowers. Very warm over all after drinking this. Medium carbonated.

In the can the aromas are citrus, mint and biscuits. And the glass it loses the mint and maybe a little pineapple. Flavors are similar to nose, with a mild sweetness balanced with good carbonation and marginal bitter. Pineapple comes out a little bit more with great body and a slight sweet finish. Good drinking beer.
