Draft at Craft Brewed. Pours a clearish copper with a quickly dissipating finger of foam. Wet hay and dried orange zest on the nose with some light oak and manure notes. Very farmy. Lowish carbonation with almost a still character. Runs off the palate quickly. More wet hay and straw with some dusty cellar funkiness and light gooseberry. More dried citrus rind as well. Not bad but would have liked a bit more carbonation.

Sample at the taproom. Pours a cloudy golden color with a thin white head that recedes quickly to a sparse outer ring. Spotty lacing on the glass. The aroma if fruity with grassy hops and malt notes. Medium body with flavors of citrus, yeast, herbal hops and malt. The finish is floral yeast and fruit. Decent overall.

A hazed golden saison with a thin white head. In aroma, dank fruity malt with light cloves, banana, esters, interesting. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, cloves, esters, OK. On tap at brewery.
