375ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, golden colour with small, frothy, diminishing, barely lacing, white head. Sourish, fruity and slightly spicy aroma, hoppy overtones, hints of grapes, fruit parings, some nutmeg, a floral, yeasty touch. Taste is sour, slightly dry hoppy, hints of grapes, a touch of nutmeg, floral, yeasty overtones with a Hubba Bubba bubblegum touch. Nicely hopped, too clean.

Bottle 6 at gad905 tasting night; hazy straw yellow pour with a white head, fruity aroma, taste has pineapple along with grapefruit, lemon sherbet, with some tartness. Really enjoyable lambic.

Bottle at home via a Danish friend. It pours hazy golden-amber with a medium white head. The nose is fresh grapefruit, orange peel, tart green apple, earthy barnyard, dirt and light lactic notes. The taste is tangy, earth, barnyard, Granny Smith apple, tart pear, white grape skin, citrus, sherbet moderate acidity and light floral notes with a dry, tart finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Plenty going on, but I’m not sure the balance is quite there. Interesting and rather tasty nevertheless.

Bottle from Steins. Pours a cloudy yellow with medium frothy white head that leaves sticky lacing along the glass. The aroma is a strong funk and citrus. Light funk and hop with light bitter finish. Very good.
