Pours dark orange with a tiny head. Aroma of tart gooseberries, sourness, mild hoppiness and earthy notes. Taste is hoppy, tart and sour with gooseberries, earthy notes and cellar. Finish is tartish, sour and mildly hoppy with some fruity and floral notes. A gueuze-style sour ale with some hoppiness.

Bottle split at Chriso from BD online, 10/07/14. Lightly hazed golden with a good sized light beige covering that dissipates but retains. Nose is tangy citric sherbets, pissy, farmyard, bitter lemon, straw, dank wood effect. Taste comprises sharp citric notes, green berry pang, tarte grapeskins, light apple effect, dank wood, big lemon notes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, crisp close. Decent enough lambic.

Bottle @ weekly tasting shared with Dutchdrebus and Joes. Hazy yellow orange color, average sized off-white head. Aroma is a bit sourish with some fruityness. Taste is quite nice: brett, a hint of sourness, pretty dry. Like it, good balance, not too exclusive, but I like it nonetheless.

Draught at Mikkeller and Friends, Copenhagen
Cloudy orange color with medium sized compact head. Strong aroma of grapefruit with some Brett, and cedar; it has that citrusy character typical of Drie Fontainen and Girardin, but later it shows infinitesimal cheesy touch. Quite dry mouthfeel; good acidity level, good citrus presence (bitter oranges, cedar..), unfortunately it has a shade of diacetyl that breaks the harmony.

Picked up @ Mikkeller web shop while in DK. enjoyed at 45F in a snifter. nose incredible super bright citrus, peach skin just like a proper gueuze. taste was a let down. Sulphuric and minor basement funky mold water. Still nice peach undertones, zest of citrus and some horse juices.
