Bourbon Barrel Aged Drewcifer Coconut & Vanilla variant on tap at TailGate Music Row. Pours a deep brown to black with a finger of beige head that lingers, then dissipates. Huge coconut forward nose with vanilla and bourbon as it warms. Thick mouthfeel and great body. A lot of adjunct heavy imperial stouts are too thin...not this one. More bourbon, oak and vanilla as it warms. Sweet, but the malt and toasted coconut bring some balance that cuts the vanilla sweetness. Really fantastic BA adjunct heavy impy. The coconut has none of that unwanted suntan lotion taste...all toasted dry coconut.
