This medium bodied stout was made with real Ceylon cinnamon, Madagascar vanilla beans, Peruvian cacao nibs, and dried guajillo and ancho peppers. pours dark brown with a not very long lasting light brown head. aroma of dark caramel dark chocolate candy, A bit one dimensional. very dark caramel bitter not so much malty or coffee bitter. Flavor has a very good well rounded but stingy chili bite - enough to get your attention and this bite makes the bitter caramel and dark chocolate work super well suddenly, the rest of the beer matches the chili exceptionally well. a pretty hot chili stout with enough complexity to not just be hot, and also quite well balanced in the flavor. I happen to like hot chilies, this is one of the better stouts with chili i've had.

Cinnamon, vanilla, chocolate malt, pepper, and hay aroma. Black with large brown head. Very sweet cinnamon, vanilla, prune, chocolate malt, and mildly bitter hay/grass flavor. Good body and nice balance. Light pepper burn in the finish.

Charred oak, allspice, vanilla nose. Black, thin tan head. Vanilla, chili pepper, allspice, charred oak, kibble. Medium body, easy carbonation, prickly.

$4.60 pint can, WW. Dark brown with a soft tan head. Dark and milk chocolates, cinnamon, lactose nose. Milk and dark chocolate, spicy cinnamon, peppers, roasted nuts. Heat down the throat. Tasty.

Nice stout, offering up chocolate, vanilla, a hint of char and cinnamon, and a modest pepper bite on the finish. Seems a tad undercarbonated, but it’s very easy to finish a pint.

12/07/18, tremendo Mexican chocolate front, 60% cinnamon, 20%chocolate, 10% chili and I think the vanilla is somewhere in the back to make sure you don't die. Super Mexican chocolate notes. Sweet and peppery throughout
