355ml bottle. Hazy, orange golden colour with small, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Bretty, funky and yeasty fruity, slightly wood aroma, wheaty and minimally spicy, pale malty background, notes of sea buckthorn, oak, grapes and berries. Taste is tart-ish, tangy, yeasty funky and yeasty fruity, slightly woody, wheaty and pale malty basis with some residual sweetness, notes of grapes, sea buckthorn, some oak, a minimally lactic touch.
Slightly creamy, watery texture, smooth and soft, minimally astringent palate, medium to fine, slightly scattered, soft, mildly prickly carbonation.
Pleasant tartness, mild funkiness, intense fruitiness, good balance - very nice.

12 oz bottle of batch 2 purchased at Craft Brewed. Pours a clearish, glowing straw color with a finger of foam that dissipates. Strong muscat aromas with pear, wet hay, honeysuckle blossom and Meyer lemon notes. Light and refreshing lemon notes and a faint floral character that permeates the palate. The oak really smooths out the acidity which leaves a nice balanced beer that has great funk and tart notes, but not overly acidic. Soft carbonation with a lingering lemon, passion fruit and muscat flavor. Very nice.

Nice, easy-going tart saison, wheaty and mellow yet offering up just the right amount of sourness to add an extra level of complexity to an already tasty brew. Starts out mild and grassy, yet quickly develops a citric tart streak, not overwhelming but enough to accentuate the underlying clove-tinted sweetness. Finishes dry and moderately sour with a mild herbal bitterness, while the French oak gives just a hint of woody spiciness to the fade. Texture’s boisterous, looks lovely. ETF keeps on rollin’.
