Bottle. A- Yeasty, lemons, wheat, weak. A- Yellow color, clear liquid, snow white head. T- Lemons, wheat, slight bitterness. P- Light body, average texture, soft carbonation, dry finish. O- Nothing really wowed me about this beer. But still, it’s good. The head on this may be the whitest head I have ever seen. Looked like snow. A beautiful yellow body too. The taste was pretty spot on. Started a little sweet and lemony and finished slightly bitter and dry. Just wasn’t overly complex and seemed a little weak. Still a very good beer though.

Bottle. Light golden beer with an off-white head. Yest and light spice aroma with light citrus. Yest and citrus flavor. Medium bodied. Refreshing. yeast and citrus linger with light malt.

12oz bottle-white-yellow. A-hay/grain, hint of floral. T-lemon/floral hops, hay/grain.

12 ounce bottle into signature globe glass, best before 5/25/2014. Pours fairly crystal clear golden straw color with a 1 finger dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Spotty soapy lacing clings around the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of lemon, pear, apple, white grape, light banana, cracker, bread, light honey, herbal, floral, grass, light clove, light pepper, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance of malt, hop, and yeast ester notes; with solid strength. Taste of lemon, pear, apple, white grape, light banana, cracker, bread, light honey, herbal, floral, grass, clove, light pepper, and yeast earthiness. Light earthy herbal/floral bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, pear, apple, white grape, cracker, bread, light honey, clove, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Nice and pleasant flavors with good balance of malt, hop, and yeast ester; with a good malt/yeast flavor balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and light-medium bodied; with a very smooth and crisp mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is a good Belgian blonde ale. Good balance of hop, malt, and yeast ester flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink. A pleasantly enjoyable offering.

12oz bottle pours with a crystal clear gold body that supports a white head. The aroma offers up sweet smelling fruity esters like red apple slices and pears to go along with mild doughy note mixed with yeasty spices. The taste is rather fruity esters forward like the nose where I’m getting sweet pears and apples that eventually blend with a hodge podge of yeasty spices and floral hops. The hops lean more toward bitter into the finish to help fight off the sweetness that’s going on here.

Bottle. Lactic lemon malt aroma. Medium yellow with large head. Lightly sweet milky barley malt flavor. Lightly bitter herbal finish. Not bad but pretty average.

Average blonde ale, nice mouthfeel, but kind of bland. Some elements of honey, hay, light spice, floral notes. Slick and slippery, with little aftertaste. Rich golden in color with minimal head.
